Five valleys etch out the landscape surrounding Mas d’en Gil. Each one of them has its own personality: different types of terroir, unique microclimates, various aspects and crops planted to make optimum use of the specific conditions.

These unique profiles add a marked tipicity to the products grown here. Our valleys are like five little worlds wrapped around the farm house and which define the estate’s plurality, its natural rhythms and of course its fruit.
